3. User Requirements

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You may not share your account with others

4. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive essential transactional emails from us (e.g., account verification, password resets). You may also opt-in to receive marketing communications, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

5. Partner Invitations

When you invite a partner to connect to your pregnancy data:

You grant them full access to view and edit your pregnancy information
Both partners will have equal access to shared data
You can disconnect from a partner at any time through account settings
Only invite partners you trust with access to your pregnancy information

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the service
Misuse partner invitation codes or attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission

7. Intellectual Property

BumpSync and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BumpSync and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your pregnancy data belongs to you.

9. Service Availability
